BRIEF:
Use design thinking and user research to build a brand that soothes heartache for my Senior Capstone. Final exhibition was displayed at the Visual Arts Center (VAC) at the University of Texas at Austin in the Spring of 2018.
SOLVE:
Heartbraker, the exhibition, was designed to resemble a mock-store for a fictional lifestyle brand. The storefront featured branded merchandise, an interactive display with an “anti-engagement” ring, designed to prevent people from holding hands that caused pain when attempted, and a mural where people could write their alternatives to falling in love.
